Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how EncryptEdge Hub, a laptop, tablet, phone and accessories shop in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, use the cart or contact us.

Your cart is stored only in your own browser on this device. We do not receive it until you choose to send it to us on WhatsApp.

When you press Order on WhatsApp, the message is sent through WhatsApp, which is run by a separate company with its own privacy policy. We then see your WhatsApp name, number and the message you sent, and use them only to handle your order.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, budget, what you are interested in and your message. Each message is stored securely in our website database and forwarded to us by email.

When you send the form, we receive your message as an email. Our email service records whether we open it; this is not used to track you.

We measure visits to this website with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

The home, about and contact pages show a Google map of our shop. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.

We keep messages and order conversations for as long as needed to handle your request, provide after-sales help and meet any legal requirements. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at encryptedgehub@gmail.com, use the contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
